Meet Brett Eaton, your trusted High-Performance Coach, speaker, author, and visionary behind multiple transformative coaching programs. As the co-host of The Better You Blueprint Podcast, Brett has garnered a wealth of expertise over the span of 16 remarkable years, working with over a thousand clients across the globe. His magnetic presence has graced countless events and corporations, igniting a spark of motivation and inspiration within individuals eager to optimize their productivity, habits, mindset, and overall fulfillment.
Brett’s first job out of college was helping a group of entrepreneurs open a gym from scratch. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and having held various positions from personal training to regional management, Brett discovered a profound passion for helping individuals grow both personally and professionally. To further support his clients, he introduced an additional session each week solely dedicated to what he termed “the other 23 hours of their life.” Recognizing that optimizing areas such as work, family, sleep, health, time management, and boundaries would have a profound ripple effect, Brett witnessed his clients achieve breakthroughs and remarkable successes. The overwhelming demand for these “High-Performance Sessions” affirmed two undeniable truths: first, that Brett possessed a unique gift and ideal skill set for this form of coaching, and second, that there was a genuine and urgent need for his expertise.
In 2016, Brett took the leap and stepped away from his full-time job to embark on his own coaching and motivational speaking venture. Seven years have passed, and Brett now collaborates with some of the top producers and performers in various industries. From serial entrepreneurs to small business owners and individuals from all walks of life, Brett has delivered speeches to companies throughout the United States and has coached clients in eight different countries.
There is no denying that Brett is a High-Performance junkie and incorporates his principles into every facet of his existence. He walks the walk as a coach, consistently following his own advice and fearlessly expanding his comfort zone while pushing his own limitations. Brett’s personal pursuits reflect his unwavering commitment to growth and adventure. He has scaled Mt. Washington through rock climbing, conquered multiple Tough Mudders and CrossFit competitions, recently embraced the art of surfing, developed a passion for beach volleyball, and in 2022, accomplished his inaugural marathon – completely solo – while wearing a 25-pound weighted vest. Brett’s upcoming challenges include embarking on a cycling journey from NYC to the Outer Banks, NC, and conquering the 29029 Evererest challenge, a 36-hour endeavor to hike the elevation equivalent of Mt. Everest.
